Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHItIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1.252 DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 3, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN MUNICIPALITY OF NABUA, CAMARINES SUR WHEREAS, the Municipality of Nabua, Camarines Sur celebrates its annual fiesta in honor of the Finding of the Holy Cross on Thursday, May 3, 2007; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Municipality of Nabua, conscious of the historical and cultural significant of the event, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority qf I-ler Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, May 3, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the Municipalityof Nabua, Camarines Sur. .
