BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1252

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 MAY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Monday, 23 May 2016, marks the birth anniversary of General Eleuterio Marasigan, a great Calaquefio and a patriot of the libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 23 May 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas.
