BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1254 DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 22, 2007, AS WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Thursday, March 22, 2007, marks the birth anniversary ofGen. Emilio Aguinaldo, the First President of the Philippines; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of,Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, ED(JARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, March 22, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.
