lVl1.LALANAl~lj Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1255 DESIGNATING THE PHILAMLIFE IT TOWER, LOCATED AT 8767 PASEO DE ROXAS, MAKATI CITY, AS "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER" PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916 (the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995), as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information and Technology Center subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Reguiations, and Resolution Nos. 00-411 and 04-065 dated 29 December 2000 and 08 March 2004, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Philamlife IT Tower, which was established on three parcels of land located at 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN (3,757) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descri ptions: TCT No. 131922 Lot 6, Block 3 Psd-6132 A parcel of land (Lot 6, Block 3, of the subd.
