BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO1L255

DECLARING MONDAY, 2 MAY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas, marks the celebration of its “Sublian Festival’ on Monday, 2 May 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 2 May 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.
