BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1255

DECLARING TUESDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 07 December 2021, Tuesday, the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes, will mark the celebration of the Kaa/dawan nin Virac; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 07 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes.
