PROCLAMATION NO. 1256

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS PIONEER HOUSE CEBU ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT LOT 8, BLOCK 14, CARDINAL ROSALES AVENUE, CEBU BUSINESS PARK, BARANGAY MABOLO, CEBU CITY AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, da hereby create and desianate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-388 dated 25 August 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Autherity, the Pioneer House Cebu which stands on a parcel of land located at Lot 8, Block 14, Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY (1,160) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land {lot 8, blk 14, of the subdivision plan Psd-07-021224, being a portion of lot Lot 4, Pes-07-001170), situated in the Barangay of Mabolo, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.
