MANILA PROCLAMATION NO. ~ AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINEASSOCIATION, INC., TO CONDUCT CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR MENTAL A FUND HEALTH RAISING WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association,Inc., has for the last 43 years been deeply involved in thepreventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of mentalillness; WHEREAS,Inc., needs' enable theprojects; . the Philippine Mental Health Association,the support of all civic spirited citizens toorganization to carryon with its laudable NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Mental Health Association,Inc., to conduct a Fund Raising Campaign to finance its livelihood projects for the rehabilitation of its mentally- ill patients, for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
