MALACAT^AN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION N0.1262 DECLARING MONDAY, 6 JUNE 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE WHEREAS, IVlonday, 6 June 2016, marks the 64"' Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE. I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR.. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO ill, do hereby declare Monday, 6 June 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
