BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1266

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 17 December 2021, Friday, the City of Bifian, Province of Laguna, will commemorate the completion of Dr. Jose P. Rizal's first formal education; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bijan, Province of Laguna.
