(TARVETAS) FROM THE CAMP SERVILLANO AQUINO RESERVATION UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 255 A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 255, dated June 3, 1964, which established the Camp Servillano Aquino Military Reservation situated in Barangays San Rafael, San Miguel and Armenia, Tarlac, a certain portion of land em- braced therein and declare the same open for disposition to the members of the TARVETAS in accordance with Republic ActNo. 274 in relation to Act No. 730, regarding direct sale in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended which portion is more particularly described as follows: TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION A parcel of land, Lot 1, Bsd-O3-002804 (being a portion of Lot 9384-B, Psd-60574, Cadastral survey of Tarlac, Cadas- tral Case No. 63, LRC Cadastral Record No. 1881) situated in Barangay San Rafael, Municipality of Tarlac, Province ofTarlac. Bounded on the North, points 1-2 by Lot 4347, and points 2-6 by lot 4344; on the Southeast, points 6-8 by lot 9383, of the cadastral survey of Tarlac; on the Southwest points '8-9 by lot 2 of the subdivision survey and on the West, points 9-1 by lot 4358, Tarlac Cadastre; Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N 8207'E, 1,322.48 meters from BBM No. 77, Tar1ac Cadastre thence S. 75 deg. 31'E., 105.80 m. to point 2; thence S. 61 deg. 39'E., 140.30 m. to point 3; thence N. 56 deg. 38'E., 497.38 m. to point 4; thence S. 14 deg. 08'E., 211.20 m. to point 5; thence S. 51 deg. 30'E., 102.50 m. to point 6; thence S. 22 deg. 58'W., 197.88 m. to point 7; thence S. 22 deg. 15'W., 89.00 m. to point 8; thence N. 65 deg. 48'W., 727.23 m. to point 9; thence No 01 deg. 10'E., 54.67 m. to the point of /If 001 ", 4I' V 2 beginning, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE (168,345) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cylindrical con- crete monuments 15 x 60 cms.; Bearings true; date of the cadastral survey June, 1932 -May 1937 and of the segrega- tion survey February 4-8, 1991 by Engineer Alfredo L.Ducusin.
