BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 127

DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 20” Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on Friday, 13 January 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Presidentt RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 13 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
