BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 127

DECLARING FRIDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECHNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2023, Friday, the City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija will mark the celebration of its 73" Founding Anniversary:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 03 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
