DECLARING THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2007, WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC AS SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Thursday, April 19, 2007" marks the conversion of the Municipality of Tarlac into a City, whicr, was sigrred into law by then President Fidel V. Ramos, and was ratified by the people of Tarlac thru a plebiscite; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the momentous everJt in the history of Tarlacr in a series of activities aimed at promoting the city's rich culturerproducts and resources. . NOW, THEREFORE, If EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, April 19, 2007, as special (norl-working) day in the City ofTarlac. .
