, , MALACANANG .Manila. BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. k2i5 DECLARING AND DESIGNATING KALBARIO-PATAPAT; SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PAGUDPUD AND ADAMS; PROVINCE OF. The Kalbario-Patapat Natural Park and its Buffer Zone shall be subject to actual ground survey. Both areas shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and shall be f managed in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 7586, otherwise .known as th "National Integrated 'Protected Areas System (NIPAS) Act of 1992". -, J Any valid contracts, permits for the extraction or utilization of natural resources already existing prior to this Proclamation shall, subject to national interest and to te existing laws, rules and regulations, be respected.
