PROCLAMATION NO. 1276

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAPU-LAPU

WHEREAS, on 17 June 2026, Wednesday, the City of Lapu-Lapu will mark the celebration of its 65" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lapu-Lapu be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lapu-Lapu.
