• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1277 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS THE PASEO CENTER WHICH STANDS ON FOUR PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 8757 PASEO DE ROXAS CORNER SEDENO STREET, SALCEDO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Di~~ctors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 04-277 dated 06 September 2004 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority~ the Paseo Center as an Information TechnoJogy Center which stands on four parcels of land of the private domain located at 8757 Paseo de Roxas corner Sedeno Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City, containing an aggregate area of Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen (5,616) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Lot 12, Block 4 TCT No. 206907 A parcel of land (Lot 12, Block 4 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6132, being a portion of Block C, of plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Rec.
