BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1278

DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, will mark the celebration of its 4515t Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 January 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.
