BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1279

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 21 January 2022, Friday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of the 6" Kaisa Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 January 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
