BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1280

DECLARING MONDAY, 17 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, will mark the celebration of its Pasalamat Festival 2022, which features various commemorative activities to be held from 07 to 17 January 2022;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to celebrate the occasion, the City Mayor requested that Monday, 17 January 2022, be declared a special (non-working) day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 17 January 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
