BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1281

DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2022, Thursday, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, marks the celebration of the Coffee Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 January 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.
