BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1263

DECLARING TUESDAY, 18 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2022, Tuesday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 230'" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 18 January 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
