,..., , MALACANANG .Manila BY THE PRE~IDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1285 DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 7,2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO WHEREAS, Monday, May 7, 2007, marks the 67th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. . . NOW, :rHEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, May 7, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
