DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2022, Wednesday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its 310 Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 02 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.
