BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1287

DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2022, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA |

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2022, Thursday, the City of Bifian, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 77" Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 03 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bifan, Province of Laguna.
