BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1288

DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 22, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Gingoog ceiebrates its annual fiesta on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, in honor of its patron saint, Sta. Rita de Casia;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, May 22, 2007, as special (non-werking) day in Gingoog City-
