BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1289

DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2022, Thursday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 10 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
