Proclamation No. 129

RESERVING FOR PLAZA PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF ESTIPONA, MUNICIPALITY OF PURA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four (e) of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Pura, Tarlac, the following described parcel of the private properly of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, situated in the barrio of Estipona, municipality of Pura, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-4944, to wit:

Lot No. 1635-B. – A parcel of land (lot No. 1635-B of the subdivision plan Bsd-4944, being a portion of lot No. 1635 of the cadastral survey of Pura, G. L. R. O. cadastral Record No. 102), situated in the barrio of Estipona, municipality of Pura, Province of Tarlac. – Bounded on the north, by Calle San Nicolas; on the east, by Calle San Bartolome; on the south, by Calle Rizal; and on the west, by lot No. 1635-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 5˚ 14’ E., 1,251.38 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 7, Pura cadastre; thence N. 3˚ 20’ E., 115.73 m. to point "2;" thence S. 85˚ 05’ E., 38.16 m. to point "3;" thence S. 2˚ 13’ W., 113.89 m. to point 4;" thence N. 78˚ 49’ W., 40.38 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of four thousand five hundred six square meters (4,506), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "2," are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; and points "3" and "4," by old B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 0˚ 38’ E.; date of the original survey, March to September, 1915, and that of the subdivision survey, January 6, 1936.
