BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 129

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Monday, 23 January 2017, marks the anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic, which took place at Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 23 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
