PROCLAMATION NO. 129

DECLARING FRIDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2023, Friday, the City of Bihan, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 78" Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 03 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bifian.
