CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE FACILITIES CENTRE, LOCATED AT 548 SHAW BOULEVARD, BARANGAY HIGHWAY HILLS, MANDALUYONG CITY, METRO MANILA, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. .7916-AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority ~ (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the

» Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution Nos. 00-411 and 06-278 dated 29 December 2000 and 27 June 2006, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Facilities Centre, which was established on a lot located at 548 Shaw Boulevard, Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, containing an area of SIX THOUSAND TWENTY THREE (6,023) ‘SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
