BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO1290

DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 JUNE 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYUGAN

WHEREAS, the City of Bayugan marks the celebration of its Charter Day on Tuesday, 21 June 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayugan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 June 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayugan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
