BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1291

DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 17 February 2022, Thursday, the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabasaian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 17 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
