MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 12 94 DECLARING MONDAY, 15 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN WHEREAS, on 15 June 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 430th Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Buguey be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 15 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan.
