CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAY MADUYA, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMONA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No, 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL - ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution Ne. 02-120 dated 15 April 2002, as amended by Resolution No, 06-571 dated 18 December 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barangay Maduya, Municipality of Carmona, Province of Cavite, with an aggregate area of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY THREE (450,643) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
