BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1295

DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2022, Friday, the City of lriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 11 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of lriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
