MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1296 DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL WHEREAS, on 16 June 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its 76th Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R.
