BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1298

DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2022, Friday, the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 24" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 11 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental.
