BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. i299

DECLARING MONDAY, 07 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 07 March 2022, Monday, the Island Garden City of Samal,

Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Island Garden City of Samal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion

with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Moriday, 07 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte.
