I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend, upon the recommenda- tion of the Chairman, National Disaster Coordinating Council, Procla- mation No.2 dated July 3, 1992 declaring a state of public calamity in the coastal areas of Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila and Cavite, including Cavite City, which are affected by the red tide toxins, to include therein the Municipalities of Hermosa and Bagac9 Bataan Province which are equally affected by the red t.ide toxins.
