MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 13 DECLARING MONDAY, 1 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWIT, CAVITE WHEREAS, on Monday, 1 August 2016, the Municipality of Kawit, Cavite marks the celebration of its "Kawit Day"; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kawit, Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 1 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kawit, Cavite.
