BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 13

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 22 July 2022, Friday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its Indigenous Peoples’ 8" Blaan Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
