BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1300

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 20, 2007, marks the 60 Charter Day anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 20, 2007, as special (non-working) day In the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
