MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1301 DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JUNE 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR WHEREAS, on 16 June 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur will mark the celebration of the Araw ng San Miguel; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Miguel be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur.
