RESERVING A PARCEL OF PATRIMONIAL LAND WITHIN THE ALABANG STOCK FARM SITUATED IN BARANGAY ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, FOR RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE (RITM) BUILDING SITE PURPOSES, AND TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH) - RITM

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do withdraw from entry, sale or other forms of disposition a certain parcel of patrimonial land within the Alabang Stock Farm, Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa City, reserve the same for the RITM Building Site, and transfer ownership thereof in favor of the DOH - RITM. This parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

The DENR Secretary is hereby authorized to execute the corresponding Deed of Conveyance, transferring the ownership of the above-described property in favor of the DOH-RITM, for building site purposes.
