MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1302 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINDOY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL WHEREAS, on 17 June 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Bindoy, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bindoy be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bindoy, Province of Negros Oriental.
