BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1304

DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2022, Saturday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 85" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 26 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
