·, I MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1305 DECLARING SATURDAY, 20 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, on 20 June 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Guinayangan, Province of Quezon will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Guinayangan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G.
