DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 22, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-\WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. TERESITA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, Friday, June 22, 2007, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Cagayan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Cagayan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, June 22, 2007, as special (non-working) day In the Municipality of Sta, Teresila, Province of Cagayan,
