MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1307 DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF !LOCOS NORTE WHEREAS, on 23 June 2026, Tuesday, the City of Batac, Province of llocos Norte will mark the celebration of its 19th Charter Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of llocos Norte.
